Download FREE Shipping Directory - Next Update 07/01/2008
We create and distribute our FREE United States mortuary shipping and receiving directory using the Excel spreadsheet program that is sold by Microsoft. Most PC and Mac users either have this program on their computer or they have a program that can read Excel files.
Don't have Microsoft's Excel program on your computer? No problem! You can download a FREE Excel file viewer directory from Microsoft.
Click the words "Download Free Shipping Directory" above and this file will be transferred to your computer system where you can open it in Excel. Once you open the file, you can filter the data by state, county, or city.
Feel free to distribute this directory to your colleagues. The free directory will be updated monthly and the file name will reflect the date it was created. For example: Shipping06012008 means the spreadsheet was revised and uploaded on June 1st, 2008.
The FREE mortuary shipping directory is designed to print on 8 1/2" x 11" paper in LANDSCAPE mode. Please adjust your printer settings accordingly.
WARNING! Do NOT print our directory without FIRST filtering your data!

HOW TO FILTER DATA

1) Go to the top of the menu bar and LEFT CLICK "Data," then "Filter" and then "AutoFilter." Once you do this, small arrows will appear in each data column.

2) You can click on any arrow, but for our purposes, we're going to LEFT CLICK on the state column because we want to filter our data by state.

3) When you click on the arrow, all of your filtering options will be available. Bring your mouse pointer to the state that you want and LEFT CLICK the appropriate state abbreviation.
4) Once your click on the state, the only data that will appear on your revised spreadsheet will be the state that you clicked! It's that easy.
We recommend experimenting with data filtering. When you're done, simple LEFT CLICK on the column (that your filtered) and select "All" to reset the spreadsheet to its original settings. Another option is when you exit the spreadsheet and your computer asks you to "Save Changes?", simply click "No."
