- Funeral home letter stating: 1) only the remains are inside the casket; 2) flight itinerary; 3) consignee's name, address, and telephone number; 4) name, address, and telephone number of a funeral home in Cuba; 5) cemetery name and location
- All documents must be translated into Spanish
